Scanner session

Connects a scanner to the MRX gateway. Creating a session downloads mrx_scanner.py, which runs on the PC next to the scanner (Python 3.8 or newer with numpy), and shows the scan token to give to the people who may measure on it. A session ends 4 hours after it was last used.
